Job Description:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: min 2 to 4 yrs experience in Tally ERP, GST working, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Taxation & Compliance & Daily Accounting Entries
Work location: Talegaon Dabhade in Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting Entries:
Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally or other accounting software.
Maintain up-to-date ledger accounts.

Bank Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements regularly and resolve any discrepancies.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Assist in processing invoices and follow up on receivables.
Ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.

Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.




Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closings.

Taxation & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
Assist in filing tax returns and other regulatory filings.

Support Senior Accountants:
Assist the senior accountant in audits, budget preparation, and other accounting functions.

Data Management:
Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and accounting records.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Tally, Quick-books, or other accounting software.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Valuable communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
