Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager with excellent communication skills to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and follow-ups.

Maintain robust client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.

Maintain customer records and provide timely updates.

Requirements

Robust verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).

Basic MS Office knowledge.

Graduate in any stream.

Leather goods industry experience preferred (for higher salary bracket).
