saar. is a design-led, editorial lifestyle concept store making handcrafted, small-batch objects for home decor, hosting, and everyday rituals. we are a small founding team launching our second drop, and we are looking for one person to split each day evenly between the studio and the threshold. half of this seat is building products with us. half is holding the moment a saar. order leaves our hands and arrives at a doorstep.

in the studio. (half your day)

· assist day to day in the saar. studio, working alongside the studio team

· hands on with new product development: sampling, trials, and material exploration for upcoming drops

· vendor follow-ups, sample tracking, and keeping the studio's working library in order

· moodboards, references, and research for the next collection

· learn how a drop is built, from first idea to finished object

at the threshold. (customer service/ packaging - the other half, the main bit)

· own the packing ritual: the box, the tissue, the seal, the unboxing

· handwrite a personal note in every order, and package orders





· quality-check each piece before it ships and work in our system to book pick ups (Shiprocket)

· dispatch and returns, handled with care rather than as logistics

· log and dispatch every order through our systems (shopify, shiprocket). we will teach you, but you should be comfortable learning this software quickly.

who you are.

· based in gurgaon or recent delhi, able to be in the studio five days a week

· careful hands and a valuable eye. you notice details others miss

· legible, lovely handwriting you are proud of

· curious about how objects get made

the practicals.

three months, beginning late july 2026. full time, in person, with a monthly stipend. for the right person, it may become permanent.
