Job description
Ã? Check the bills daily before it dispatches to billing.

Ã? Maintain narcotic record book and record the temperature of fridge etc.,

Incase of absence of manpower we get things from central pharmacy �
Ã? Pharmacist will handle the prescription of the patient.

Ã? Make the bill according to the prescription

Ã? Take the medicines according to the prescription

Ã? Check the medicines according to the prescription

Ã? Explain the dosage of the medicines to the patients

Ã? Take the returns from the patients & raise the return note in system

Ã? Arrange the goods in the racks

Ã? Expiry goods & non moving items





Ã? Raise the return note to the stores

? Patient Issues : to issue the items based on the request made from the wards after cross checking the items from the request made.

Ã? Patient returns : check the items according to the manual indent sent by the sister and entering the returns in the system.

Ã? At the time of the discharge pharmacist has to issue a clearance to the billing department.

Ã? Stock verification of allotted racks for near expiry & non-moving items and sending it back to the central pharmacy.
