Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral device problems.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
Handle issues related to desktops, headphones, internet connectivity, and other IT accessories.
Perform system maintenance, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Support employee onboarding by setting up systems, email IDs, and required software access.
Maintain IT asset records and track hardware allocation.




Coordinate with external vendors or senior IT teams for unresolved issues.
Ensure timely resolution of technical tickets and user requests.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, and email configuration.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.

Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in IT support/desktop support roles.

Preferred:
Experience working in a corporate IT support workplace.
Ability to provide support during adaptable shifts if required.
