ASM is a client facing role owning and driving Service Delivery. While the Account Delivery Lead (ADL) owns the client facing relationship, finances and upsell opportunities, the ASM will partner to provide the client with a single point of contact for delivery based issues supported by the RUN / Capability leads. The ASM is a part of the Account Leadership Team and will be responsible for driving quality, stability and consistency in the delivery of all services by applying ITIL processes, technical standards & collaborating with all the capabilities and client.
