Lead daily store operations with a focus on luxury service standards, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
Drive sales growth through targeted staff training, personalized customer engagement, and conversion strategies aligned with brand ethos.
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing retail teams that reflect the brand's sophistication and guest-centric values.
Ensure seamless client experience—from curated styling to post-purchase follow-up—elevating repeat loyalty and average ticket value.
Manage P&L; components including budget adherence, stock replenishment,



and loss prevention with zero compromise on luxury presentation.
Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to execute seasonal launches, promotions, and brand initiatives with flawless local execution.
