Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging financial literacy sessions (45 mins–2 hrs) on budgeting, savings, banking, digital payments, fraud, insurance, loans, investments, and govt schemes.
Support digital onboarding (e.g., DigiLocker), promote secure financial practices.
Mobilize participants, coordinate with community partners, and manage field logistics.
Maintain session records, reports, and ensure training quality and compliance.
Requirements:
Graduate in Finance, Management, Social Work, or related field.
3–6 years’ experience in training, especially in BFSI/financial inclusion.
Solid facilitation, communication (Hindi/English + local), and digital skills.
Willing to travel locally, experience with low-income or informal sector groups preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
