JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
To develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
The preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
To manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
To coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency,



and enhance reporting capabilities.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors to assess their impact on financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, financial forecasts, and investment strategies to support business growth and expansion.
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, lease accounting, and project accounting.
