Job Description – Technical CRM Qualification

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience

• 3–10 years of experience in Technical CRM, Site CRM, Customer Relations, Project Coordination, or Post-Sales in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

• Strong understanding of residential construction and building services.

• Knowledge of civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and MEP-related works.

• Experience in snagging, apartment inspection, possession, and handover processes.

• Robust coordination skills with customers and internal project teams.

• Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
