About the Role
Talentiva Workforce is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new direct clients in the US Staffing market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate current business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and industry trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and business forecasts.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry.
Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals.
Strong understanding of the US Staffing and Recruitment process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and sales outreach platforms.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Robust client relationship management skills.
