Job Description

BGSW is looking for an experienced Program Manager – Digital & AI to lead strategic AI and digital transformation programs across business, and corporate functions. In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution, collaborate with global stakeholders, and enable the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives that create measurable business impact.

You will play a key role in translating AI strategy into execution by bringing together business leaders, engineering teams, and technology partners to deliver creative, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI, and Digital Transformation programs across multiple business units.
Define program roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, governance, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize,



and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Drive program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and executive reporting.
Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives while maintaining quality, scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with AI platform, cloud, cybersecurity, and data teams to enable successful solution deployment.
Drive adoption of Agile delivery practices and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor emerging AI trends and support the adoption of recent technologies that enhance business value.
