Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer with solid expertise in Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow. The candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, implementing data transformation frameworks, and supporting data warehouse modernization initiatives. Experience with legacy-to-Snowflake migration projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.
Build and optimize ELT workflows for large-scale data processing.
Develop DBT models, tests, and documentation following best practices.
Create and manage Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring.
Design and maintain Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, streams, tasks, and stored procedures.
Optimize Snowflake performance through query tuning and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand and implement data requirements.
Implement data quality, validation, and governance processes.




Participate in data warehouse modernization and migration initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and Snowflake environments.

Required Skills
7+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Expertise in DBT for data transformation and modeling.
Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduling.
Robust SQL development and query optimization skills.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ELT frameworks.
Experience with Git-based version control.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in legacy-to-Snowflake migration projects.
Exposure to reporting and analytics solutions consuming data from Snowflake.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
