Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
Recruit healthcare specialists including RN, CNA, LPN/LVN, NP, MA, and Allied Healthcare professionals
Source and screen candidates through various job boards and healthcare staffing platforms
Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals

Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
Strong experience recruiting RN, CNA,



LPN/LVN, NP, MA, and Allied Healthcare professionals
Good understanding of US Healthcare recruitment, licensing, and compliance requirements
Knowledge of US work authorization types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Solid communication, sourcing, and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
