Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and vendor/payment processes within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong operational accounting knowledge and the ability to independently handle financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial record maintenance Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis,



and financial coordination Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activities

Requirements:
Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and compliance processes Good hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software Ability to independently manage operational accounting activities Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills Valuable coordination and communication abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced startup workplace with ownership mindset

Preferred:
Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, or startup environments preferred Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP/accounting systems Experience handling GST, TDS, vendor management, and audit coordination preferred

Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Connaught Place, Delhi

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
