At UltraMind Labs, we are looking for a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation for IT services such as Web Design, Mobile App Development, and SEO. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of executing high-performing email campaigns to generate qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead generation
Build and manage email lists, with a strong focus on high-quality and verified data (especially Gmail IDs)
Identify and reach out to potential clients for services including website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, CTR, and conversions
Use email marketing tools and automation platforms effectively
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and anti-spam policies
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies

Requirements:
1 to 5 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation




Proven experience in generating leads for IT services (Web Design, App Development, SEO preferred)
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
Robust understanding of email outreach strategies, segmentation, and personalization
Access to or ability to build a quality email database (Gmail IDs preferred)
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have):
Experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
Existing LinkedIn accounts or networks for prospecting
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
