Position: Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to strengthen our sales team and communicate with customers across Pan India, with a primary focus on South India.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with textile manufacturers and dealers.
Introduce company products and generate sales enquiries.
Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order execution.
Maintain customer records and call reports.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
Good command of English/Hindi
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).
Ability to communicate professionally with customers across India.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
