Job Description
Lead leadership and strategic hiring across key business functions.
Drive market mapping initiatives.
Own and strengthen PMS, KRAs, goal setting and performance review processes.
Partner closely with founders and business leaders on talent and organizational decisions.
Build employer branding and talent attraction strategies to strengthen the hiring pipeline.
Leverage recruitment analytics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Act as an HRBP, supporting employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Build and lead a high-performing HR team while driving people initiatives aligned with business growth.

The Successful Applicant




8+ years of HR experience with a solid track record in leadership hiring, including closing senior mandates and partnering with business leaders.
Experience in startups, D2C, B2C, FMCG, or other high-growth environments, with hands-on exposure to PMS, KRAs and performance management.
Solid stakeholder management and team leadership skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive a performance-oriented culture.
