Job Description: Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in an NBFC or financial services setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, taxation (Direct & Indirect), financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finalisation:
Handle complete accounting operations in Tally ERP.
Prepare and finalize standalone financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

GST Compliance:
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
Handle GST reconciliations (Books vs GSTR-2A/2B).
Manage Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) compliance.
Prepare replies to GST notices and manage GST demand and assessment proceedings.

TDS Compliance:
Ensure timely deduction, payment, and reconciliation of TDS.
Oversee TDS return filings and coordinate with consultants as needed.
Address mismatches and assist in TDS demand or assessment cases.

Income Tax:




Assist in computation and filing of income tax returns.
Handle income tax assessments, replies to notices, and demand resolution.
Coordinate with consultants/lawyers for tax litigation, if any.

MIS & Reporting:
Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports for senior management.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Generate reports on profitability, cost analysis, and other financial metrics.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification, preferably in an NBFC or financial institution.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax laws.
Positive understanding of Accounting Standards and financial reporting norms.
Soft Skills:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage compliance deadlines independently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
