Testing,
We are looking for specifically looking for a technically robust calibration laboratory professional who has hands-on 4 to 8 years of experience in calibrating environmental monitoring instruments such as gas analyzers, dust monitors, and meteorological sensors. The candidate should not only understand calibration processes but also be capable of developing SOPs, managing ISO/IEC 17025 quality systems, handling uncertainty calculations, and leading technical teams. This is not a pure operations role — they need someone who can improve measurement accuracy, design testing/calibration workflows, and technically drive the laboratory function with strong documentation and compliance knowledge.
Rejections:
Candidates from pure production/service backgrounds may not fit.
