Divison: Modular Furniture

Location: Ambernath, Mumbai, Maharashtra

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Modular Furniture Division.

Key Responsibilities:
Procure hardware, fittings, accessories, and raw materials for modular furniture manufacturing.
Source, evaluate,



and develop reliable vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely material availability.
Create purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain procurement records in the ERP system.
Ensure quality standards while optimizing procurement costs.

What We're Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the furniture, interior, or manufacturing industry.
Positive knowledge of hardware, plywood, laminates, edge banding, adhesives, and other raw materials used in modular furniture.
Hands-on experience working with ERP software for purchase management and inventory tracking is mandatory.
Robust negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.
