Roomindo is looking for a self-motivated Business Development Executive to join the field team. The telecalling team handles initial outreach and confirms owner interest; this role begins from there. The candidate will visit confirmed, interested hostel and PG owners, run the product demo in person, and guide them through to becoming a happy, active customer. Performance incentives are also part of this role, in addition to the fixed compensation discussed during the interview process. This is a field-first, relationship-driven role. It does not involve cold calling or chasing unconfirmed leads - every visit is with a prospect who has already shown interest and agreed to meet.

Key Responsibilities
Visit confirmed, pre-scheduled leads at their hostel/PG property for in-person demos
Walk owners through the product clearly,



answer questions, and demonstrate how it fits their day-today operations
Activate free trial accounts and support owners in getting comfortable using the platform from day one
oordinate with the Operations and BDA team to ensure each trial is progressing well
Follow up with leads consistently, and step in personally wherever a nudge or a visit is needed to keep things moving
Guide interested owners through to agreement signing and onboarding
Log every visit and update the tracking system accurately on the same day
