A Primary Teacher (PRT) is responsible for teaching students at the elementary level (usually classes I to V), building a strong academic foundation while supporting their overall development.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, etc.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom setting that encourages learning and participation.
Assess and monitor students’ progress through tests, assignments, and activities.
Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, visual aids, and interactive activities.
Maintain discipline and ensure classroom management.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and behavior.
Organize and participate in school events, activities, and co-curricular programs.
Support students’ emotional, social, and intellectual growth.





Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and understanding with young learners
Creativity in teaching methods
Classroom management skills
Basic computer knowledge for online/up-to-date teaching methods

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Education or relevant subject)
D.El.Ed / B.Ed (as required by the school)
CTET or state-level TET qualification (preferred/mandatory in many schools)

Experience:
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of teaching experience can apply

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
