Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Assembly and Installation: Assembling, aligning, and installing machinery, structural components, or pipework according to blueprints and technical specifications.
Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and repairing or replacing broken parts to ensure optimal machine performance

Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and finishing metal components using tools like drills, grinders, power saws, and lathes.
Inspection and Quality Control: Inspecting finished products and machinery to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety regulations.
Technical Drawing Interpretation: Analyzing blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine exact specifications.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA)
and maintaining a clean, secure workspace.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter trade, or relevant technical apprenticeship.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, hacksaws), power tools, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers).
Welding Ability: Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques.
Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving skills to diagnose mechanical failures.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy machinery and work in demanding industrial settings.
