Job Description:
Overall experience in field of civil & Mechanical, PEB (Pre-Engineering building)
Fabrication work in MS and SS
Silo, hopper, bunker tanks fabrication.
BOQ preparation and cutting plan
Equipment and Piping Layout
Piping and pipe rack fabrication
Welding inspection and defect rectification work
Hot air duct fabrication, Insulation and expansion Joints
Acid proof brick lining and acid tiling work
Refractory and fire brick lining work
Knowledge of AutoCAD. (2d & 3d)
Preparation of measurement sheet for work
Billing and accounting
Heat Exchanger.
Equipment erection at height
Job allocation to fabrication agencies
Close Monitoring of project to complete it in stipulated time
Coordination with different agencies
