Job Description: About the Role

We need a solid Java backend engineer who actually understands data structures, writes clean scalable services, and has hands-on experience with real production-grade systems. If you’ve only done CRUD apps or copy-paste Spring Boot projects, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP-based web services.
Implement and optimize JPA/Hibernate-based persistence layers.
Design clean database schemas and write productive queries for PostgreSQL / MySQL.
Build cloud-ready solutions and deploy services on Microsoft Azure.
Write automated tests using JUnit, Postman, SOAP UI.
Apply robust Data Structure & Algorithm fundamentals in problem-solving.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Use Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.




Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients as needed.

Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Solid understanding of DSA (must, not negotiable).
Deep experience with:
Java 8+
Spring Boot, Spring Framework
Microservices
JPA / Hibernate
REST + SOAP Webservices
Database expertise: PostgreSQL / MySQL.
Cloud experience: Azure (preferred).
Testing tools: JUnit, Postman, SOAP UI.
Familiarity with UI basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD workflows.

Education
Degree, Diploma, or Recognized Certificate in Computer Science / IT.
(Non-negotiable for screening.)

Soft Skills
Solid communication and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.
Ability to work with clients and manage expectations professionally.
