About Us:-

Holiday Travel Zone is looking for an energetic and confident Tour & Travel Executive who can interact with clients, understand their travel needs, and explain domestic tour packages clearly.

Job Responsibilities:-

Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic travel packages.

Explain itinerary, costing, inclusions, and exclusions properly.

Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.

Coordinate with hotels, transport, and other vendors when needed.

Maintain basic client records and bookings in Excel.

Provide valuable customer service before and after booking.

Required Skills:-

Strong communication and convincing skills.





Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer.

Interest in travel and tourism.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Qualifications:-

Minimum 12th pass (Mandatory).
Basic Knowledge of MS Office & Computer.
Experience in a travel agency is an advantage but not compulsory.

Salary:-

20000-40000/- (Depends on Interview)
