Mavenbird Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (IT Sales) to lead international sales initiatives, acquire recent clients, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, proposal management, and client relationship building.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for international markets.
Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, referrals, networking, and outbound campaigns.
Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client presentations.
Prepare proposals, project estimations, and commercial quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain CRM, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams during pre-sales and project onboarding.
Mentor Business Development Executives and help improve team performance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Business Development.
Solid experience with Upwork,



LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead generation platforms.
Proven experience in international client acquisition.
Solid proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple opportunities and sales pipelines.
Leadership experience is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience selling Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, or Custom Software Development.
Experience working with clients in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
