We are seeking a confident and patient-focused General Dentist with 2–3 years of clinical experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing a wide range of general dental procedures and be confident in running a clinic independently when required.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of dental conditions
Perform routine restorative procedures, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and extractions
Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Adhere to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical practice
Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Confidently manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of the practice during assigned shifts
Requirements
BDS
2–3 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist
Confident in independently handling comprehensive general dentistry cases and managing a clinic with minimal supervision
Solid communication, patient counselling and case acceptance skills
A caring, ethical and patient-centric approach to dentistry
