About the Role: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Assistant who takes ownership of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, thorough, and ensures every order leaving BUBL meets our quality standards without needing constant follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct quality checks (QC) on every product before dispatch.
Ensure products are packed securely and according to BUBL standards.
Monitor quality during processing, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain the order tracking sheet in real time—from order confirmation to packing, AWB generation, and shipment.
Generate and verify AWBs and shipping information.
Coordinate daily dispatches with courier partners and vendors.
Keep inventory and dispatch records accurate and updated.
Immediately flag quality issues or operational delays and help resolve them.

Thorough, organized, and attentive to detail.
Robust sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal team members. Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to keep records updated at all times.
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
Prior experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
