Target Corporation is seeking an in-house Interior Designer to be part of our Corporate Real Estate team in Target Corporate office located in Bangalore.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Interior Designer to develop design solutions for Target Corporate office, partnering across disciplines within Target to ensure design concepts are fully coordinated with architecture and engineering disciplines.
Select or design and specify furniture, materials, décor, finishes and accessories. Assist stakeholders in procurement of furniture as required.
Work closely with the external architectural team members to develop and complete graphic and design requirements(Detail drawings, Valuable For construction drawings, 3D renderings etc.) related to presentation materials and construction documentation
Conduct or attend site meetings to ensure a explicit communication channel between CRE team, stakeholders, external architects,



vendors and project teams
Regularly review the status of projects with the vendors and project teams to verify that firm and project expectations are met.
Should be involved in all aspects of project planning from programming, through design documentation and construction administration
Work within timely schedules to coordinate with vendors to completion of tasks through to final project completion
Conduct in office observations, prepare snag list to share with vendors and project teams, and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have a 4-year B.Sc degree in Interior Design or equivalent with four or more years of experience working in a commercial interior design firm.
