Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chef role located in Rohru Tehsil. The Chef is responsible for planning and preparing high-quality dishes, managing daily kitchen operations, and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Key tasks include organizing mise en place, supervising cooking processes, monitoring food safety and hygiene standards, and coordinating with service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. The role also involves menu input, cost awareness, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, effective work workplace.



The Chef is expected to support a positive team culture and contribute to the overall guest dining experience.
Qualifications
Professional culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating across multiple cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and compliance with hygiene regulations.
Experience with menu planning, basic food costing, and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
