Job Description
Lead and manage the overall service operations for rooftop solar systems, solar pumps, inverters, batteries, and associated electrical equipment.
Ensure timely installation support, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and after-sales service.
Develop and implement service processes, SOPs, and quality standards to improve operational efficiency.
Supervise, guide, and motivate Service Engineers, Technicians, and Field Executives to achieve departmental objectives.
Allocate daily service calls and monitor field staff productivity to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Monitor customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure proper commissioning and testing of solar power systems in compliance with company standards.
Monitor inventory of service materials and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Conduct regular technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.
Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards, company policies,



and statutory regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated with the latest developments in solar technology, industry standards, and government regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Min 5 years of experience in solar, electrical, EPC, renewable energy, or service management.
Robust knowledge of solar systems and electrical components.
Leadership and team management skills.
Customer handling and complaint resolution abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and MIS reporting.
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
