The Team Leader is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, guiding team members, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. Acts as the first point of contact between team and management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Allocate work and monitor productivity, attendance, and disciplineTrain current team members and provide on-the-job guidance
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelinesHandle first-level escalations and resolve team conflicts
Prepare daily reports on performance, issues, and progress for managementCoordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
Conduct daily briefings and team meetingsEnsure proper handover during shift changes
