Job Overview:
We are looking for a agile and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of the branch. The role involves managing the team, driving student enrolments, ensuring smooth processes, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the branch
Lead and supervise counselling, visa, and marketing teams
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
Handle student and parent escalations professionally
Develop strategies to increase leads and conversions
Ensure smooth coordination between departments
Maintain relationships with partner universities and stakeholders
Track and manage data through CRM systems
Conduct seminars, events, and promotional activities
3–7 years of experience in study abroad / education industry
Prior experience in team handling and branch operations
Solid knowledge of study abroad destinations (UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Target-oriented mindset with proven performance
