Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests.
Determine and prescribe corrective lenses based on customer requirements.
Perform refraction, dispensing, and basic diagnosis of vision-related issues.
Explain eye test results and educate customers on vision correction options.
Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and contact lenses based on prescriptions and customer needs.
Guide customers on lens types such as Single Vision, Bifocal, and Progressive lenses.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and drive Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Welcome walk-in customers and promote free eye check-ups.
Coordinate with sales staff to provide the best eyewear solutions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations.




Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions.
Follow Lenskart’s standard eye-testing and dispensing procedures.
Ensure SOP compliance and quality standards.
Support stock audits, inventory checks, and store operations.
Maintain cleanliness and skilled appearance of the clinic and store area.
Operate POS systems and process transactions when required.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
