We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid background in UK Care Home Recruitment to join our growing healthcare recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for care homes across the UK and a thorough understanding of the adult social care sector, including sourcing, screening, compliance, and placement of care professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK care home vacancies.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments.
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage the recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UK healthcare and care sector regulations.
Verify candidate documentation, references,



DBS requirements, and right-to-work eligibility.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
Develop solid relationships with hiring managers and care home clients.
Meet recruitment targets, KPIs, and service level agreements.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in UK Care Home Recruitment.
Experience recruiting for care homes, nursing homes, residential homes, and supported living services.
Experience using ATS systems and UK job boards such as Indeed, CV-Library, Reed, Totaljobs, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
