Job Description – HSSE Executive

Department: Health, Safety, Security & Setting (HSSE)
Location: Jalandhar
Project: BPCL

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, PNGRB regulations, and contractual safety requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and preventive checks at Retail Outlets.
Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and monitor compliance.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills.
Maintain and update Emergency Response & Disaster Management Plans (ERDMP).
Train dealers and staff on emergency response procedures and safety equipment.
Prepare HSSE reports, incident records, and training documentation.
Coordinate with regional HSSE teams to implement safety best practices.




Travel extensively to BPCL Retail Outlets as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSSE certification preferred.

Skills
Knowledge of PNGRB regulations, LOTO, Permit-to-Work (PTW), PPE, and emergency response.
Valuable communication, reporting, and training skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
