Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the SAP system.
Maintain and file invoice copies for all GRNs.
Segregate and organize invoices and supporting documents.
Submit original and duplicate invoice copies to the Finance Department on a daily basis for GRNs created on the previous day.
Inform the Material Planning team promptly about any issues affecting GRN creation.
Coordinate with SCM, Purchase, IT, and Finance departments to resolve operational issues.
Obtain necessary approvals for urgent material inward entries without GRN and ensure timely GRN creation with complete documentation.
Report discrepancies to the concerned officials for GR reversal and creation of revised GRNs.
Prepare and publish daily and monthly MIS reports.




Reconcile system-generated GRNs with physical documents and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure accurate documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills
3–5 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations.
Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP (GRN process) and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of inventory management and documentation.
Robust coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain accuracy and meet daily operational deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
