Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
Take customer orders and follow up regularly.
Make telemarketing calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer enquiries over phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
Create and post product updates, offers, and promotional content on social media platforms.
Support digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Collect customer feedback and share market updates with the management.
