VJR Estate is seeking a confident and articulate Telecaller to join our remote team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, provide information about our property projects, and coordinate site visit appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Clearly communicate property details, including location, pricing, amenities, unit sizes, and possession status.
Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on current projects.
Schedule client site visits.
Maintain and update visit schedules in the designated CRM or shared sheet.
Conduct follow-ups with clients before and after scheduled visits.
Keep accurate records of all calls and client interactions.




Submit daily reports on call summaries and visit updates to management.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English are mandatory.
A skilled and confident telephone demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Excel, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous experience in telecalling or real estate is beneficial but not required.

Working Hours: Full time, with fixed hours determined by the company.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and communication skills.
