About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Intern to help manage day-to-day logistics. You’ll track shipments, follow up on delays, and coordinate with partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

.What You’ll Do
Track daily pickups and shipment movement
Flag delays, stuck shipments, and EDD breaches
Coordinate with partners to resolve issues (damage, shortage, delays)
Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely closures
Maintain basic reports (delivery status, backlog, NDR)
Check PODs and handle missing/incorrect cases
Support on day-to-day escalations

Valuable communication skills
Comfortable with data and tracking reports
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setup
