Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control within the pressure vessel or fabrication industry.
Valuable knowledge of ASME Section VIII Division 1.
Familiarity with ASME Section II, Section V (NDT), and Section IX (Welding Qualifications).
Knowledge of material traceability, WPS/PQR/WPQ, ITP, QAP, and MDR documentation.
Experience in dimensional inspection, welding inspection, and stage-wise quality checks.
Knowledge of NDT methods such as VT, PT, MT, RT, and UT.
Familiarity with pressure testing (hydrostatic and pneumatic) and final inspection.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and engineering documents.
Robust documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Ensure compliance with ASME codes, project specifications, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, welding, and third-party inspection agencies.
Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and Manufacturing Data Records (MDR).
Handle customer and Authorized Inspector inspections and resolve quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
