We are seeking a detail-oriented Back end Coordinator to support the sales team in a backend sales working. The role involves coordinating between clients, & sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Area
Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders from enquiry to dispatch
Prepare quotations, challans, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments
Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
Handle customer queries related to pricing, delivery status, and product details
Assist in sales planning and forecasting activities
Support the sales team with administrative and coordination task
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
