You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, leveraging data to inform product decisions.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
User-Centric Design: Advocate for the user experience by incorporating customer feedback and usability testing into product development.
Performance Metrics:



Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and success, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus in a rapid-paced workplace.
