Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and process sheets.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Produce first-off samples and make dimensional adjustments as required.
Perform precision measurements using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
Work closely with Design, R&D;, and Quality teams to implement engineering changes.
Modify components based on design revisions and trial results.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper housekeeping (5S).
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
Maintain machining and inspection records for prototype builds.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
