GE BE Private Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and driven Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our agile team. This entry-level position offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop foundational engineering skills and provide hands-on experience across various departments.
Job Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Conduct research and analysis to support engineering solutions and improvements.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues under supervision.
Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and assigned tasks.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, etc.) from an accredited institution.
Solid academic record with a demonstrable understanding of engineering principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
Prior internship or project experience in an engineering field is a plus.
