Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using Excel.
Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements
Immediate joiner preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years in Sales, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead or Senior Sales role.
Age: Below 30 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Kannada communication is preferred.




Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
