Job Profile:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to develop, implement, and manage branding and marketing initiatives for our hotel/restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality branding, digital marketing, campaign management, and customer engagement to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials, social media, and customer touchpoints.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and marketing vendors.
Manage social media campaigns, promotional events, and seasonal marketing activities.
Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to promote current menus, offers, events, and services.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.




Build partnerships with influencers, corporate clients, and local businesses to enhance brand reach.

Requirements:
MBA (Marketing), PGDM (Marketing), BBA (Marketing), Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, or any relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or hospitality branding.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and brand development.
Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is preferred.
