Role Overview:
We're looking for an ERP Assistant to support the day-to-day adoption and accuracy of our ERP system on the production floor. This is a fresher-friendly role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, comfortable with compute systems and data entry, and interested in building a career in production/manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with floor staff and department heads to ensure ERP data is entered correctly and on time, Help solve issues that people run into with the ERP, and report into the ERP Incharge / IT Head at our Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Support floor-level teams (fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing) in accurate and timely ERP data entry




Identify gaps or errors in ERP usage on the floor and flag them to the ERP Incharge/IT Head
Coordinate between production departments and Head Office to resolve ERP-related issues
Assist in training floor staff on correct ERP processes as needed
Maintain basic reports/trackers to monitor ERP compliance across departments
Escalate recurring issues or system gaps to the ERP Incharge for resolution

Requirements:
Any graduate degree is preferred (Manufacturing, Technical, IT, or related field preferred)
Basic computer literacy is compulsory; comfort learning recent software systems
Valuable communication skills — will coordinate across floor staff and Head Office
Willingness to work from the production floor, not a desk-only role
ERP Experience is a bonus.
Freshers welcome; no prior ERP experience required (training provided)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
